The political irokos, mahoganies, timbers, creme the la creme, who is who in Cross River State were all in attendance at the APC Campaign Flag off successfully held at Ogoja, the headquarters of Cross River North Senatorial District.
The people unanimously passed a vote of confidence on the APC and all her candidates with the assurance of voting for all the APC candidates Top To Bottom.
The incoming Governor, Distinguished Senator Prince Bassey Otu, presented his manifesto as he assured the people to continue with the support for the good work of the Governor Ayade led APC administration in Cross River State, he further declared that when elected, his administration will give priority attention to continuing of the good legacy of Senator Ayade in giving the Youths among others, employment opportunities to showcase and contribute meaningfully to the growth and development of the state.
The political evangelist Barrister Alphonsus Ogar Eba, Cross River State APC Chairman in welcoming Senator Prof Ben Ayade, Governor of Cross River State and the CRN Senatorial Candidate, stated that His Excellency the builder of people does not need to campaign, all he has made and done for the people will rather speak and campaign for him, who after winning the Senate seat by the grace of God, will become the next President of the Nigerian Senate.
Governor Sir Ben Ayade (CON) charged supporters not to carry guns like the opposition party candidates in the state who are piling up arms ahead of the elections, we have their details and have arrested three (3) of their elements already, be assured that the Government in power will use all available legal means and security apparatus to crush every form of their planned violence, because peace and security of lives and property is Government responsibility, Governor Ayade stated, as he further informed the mammoth APC supporters to Vote Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who has promised Cross Riverians a deep sea port, an evacuating super highway, etc. He concluded that Cross River State is APC and all votes will be for the APC candidates.
